Sliding Tracked Gates

These are the traditional way of operating a large commercial gate by rollering it on a floor track. They can be manufactured in almost any length subject to the floor being level.

All our gates have a galvanised and powder coated finish to any RAL colour. Automation is by a heavy duty commercial motor.

Health and safety in operation is of paramount importance .All our gates are suppled with safety photo beams along with electronic Cat 2 rubber safetyedges. All of this will meet the current Health and Safety legislation.

Depending on your requirements, we offer a range of access controls from a basic coded radio transmitter, vehicle number plate identification , card readers and induction loops.

We offer a 12 month warranty along with a twice yearly service agreement and 24 hour emergency call out.

Cantilever Sliding Gate

Cantilever gates do not require any floor track .These are ideal for uneven floors or where heavy vehicles that require access may damage a conventional floor track. The gate slides over 2 roller assemblies positioned on one side of the gate beyond the clear opening and is suspended over the roadway. This type of gate is therefore 40% longer than a traditional tracked gate and the length of rollback must be taken into consideration. All our gates are galvanised and powder coated in a RAL colour of the customers choice.

A cantilever gate will require a concrete foundation at one side to support the roller assemblies. We have a specialist team of civil engineers that will undertake this work ensuring it is carried out to the correct specification.
