Electric Security Gates.co.uk are a fast developring and well respected provider of gates, automation, security shutters, internal electric doors and security for schools in the North East of England. Our installers have many years experience as school installers and have existing contracts for longer term service and support for school 24 hours a day 7 days per week.

We understand that for many schools gates and access systems are a new concept. We support and assist you with a full assessment of your needs and give our recommendations, we explain the process and work flexibly with the school to minimise any distuption. A risk assessment and method statement prior to any agreed install are always undertaken. (This is a legal requirement and future checks can be carried out by trading standards).

Health and safety is the most important issue when installing automated access at schools. Having carried out numerous installations we understand where failures in health and safety can arise. All our systems have safety beams and electronic CAT 2 rubber safety edges to protect all entrapment points. We only install 24 volt systems which are not only more sensitive to obstructions but safer. All installs are safety checked and given a documented 40 point pressure test including anti crush devices.
